02

Problem

An owner-operated deck builder competing on lead-generation platforms where the only visible variable is price.

03

Insight

The escape from price competition is vocabulary. Architectural language and a single, fast quote path change who calls and what they expect to pay.

04

Execution

Five routes, a values block built on owner-led work and straight answers, a stated service area, and one conversion path with a twenty-four-hour response commitment.

05 — Evidence

Each figure is labeled with where it came from — observed in the build, published by the client, or published by a partner. Nothing here is an unsourced performance claim.

    Published by client

The client publishes its own figures: 10,000+ square feet built and 50+ clients. Self-reported, and labeled as such — their own site also states both “five-plus years” and “since 2020”, which do not agree with each other.

06 — Reflection

Reflection

The gallery is the problem. For a visual trade it is the first page anyone clicks, and it currently carries a heading and a call to action with no project photographs behind them. Five well-shot builds would do more for this business than any other change available.
